At Snooze we celebrate individuality. It’s a message we weave through our entire culture and we pride ourselves on the unique team of Snoozers it has created — from wild hair, tattoos and piercings to diverse cultural backgrounds, inclusive of race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression.

New Partner Spotlight – PFLAG National
We’ve teamed up with PFLAG National to help in their mission to foster acceptance of the LGBTQ+ community in all aspects of life.
Snooze donated $25,000 to PFLAG National which will be directed toward their focus on DEIB. They will be creating virtual community groups targeting Black, Latinx, AAPI and Native American communities starting in Fall 2021.
Additionally, Snoozers from all different restaurants and regions will take part in PFLAG National’s Straight for Equality sessions as part of our continued commitment to do more.

We are proud to call National Young Farmers Coalition our partners primarily because their focus to create equity through agriculture is something we hold dear to our heart. So much, in fact, that we donated $25,000 to help further that vision.
We join Southern Education Foundation as a partner committed to their vision of advancing equitable education policies and practices that elevate learning for low-income students and students of color in the southern states.
