Snooze and bacon have a long, sweet history together. We’d be remiss if we didn’t recognize the ingredient that excites our guests more than any other. Join in the celebration by enjoying some limited time and existing menu items that feature bacon from Tender Belly – our valued partner with a knack for responsibly raised pork products.
And it wouldn’t be a Snooze celebration without giving back to our community. We’re donating $25,000 to No Kid Hungry in support of their #RebuildWith campaign – all in the name of bacon!

In the wake of the coronavirus, millions of children are still living with hunger. Rebuilding starts with feeding every child, in every community. No Kid Hungry is helping schools and communities get the food, support and equipment they need to feed children. Since 2020, Snooze in collaboration with other retailers, has raised $40,754 for No Kid Hungry, which can help provide up to 407,540 meals to kids in need.*

Bacon Jalapeno Popper Pancakes
Buttermilk pancakes filled with chopped bacon and diced poblanos, topped with a scoop of whipped jalapeno cream cheese, then garnished with a piece of chopped bacon. Served with a side of Slopeside maple syrup.
Graceland Pancakes
Buttermilk pancakes filled with fresh banana slices and topped with peanut butter cream, caramel sauce, chopped bacon and whipped butter.
Habanero Pork Belly Benny
Seared, cider-braised, habanero pork belly on top of a grilled English muffin with bacon espresso jam and poached eggs. Topped with cream cheese hollandaise and cranberry relish.
Bacon Sensation
A soft brioche bun smeared with green goddess cream cheese, topped with an over medium cage-free egg, Tender Belly bacon and Dijon citronette dressed arugula.
